Great guys and they did an excellent job. Friendly, reliable, tidy and very pleased with the result. We attempted to DIY the floor ourselves and of course it went wrong! They repaired our mistakes brilliantly and you would never tell how wrong it went before 😬 Highly recommend using Billy for your floors and not trying to do it yourself.

Billy and Cameron sanded my living room, dining area and hallway back in April 2021. I was debating whether to get the floors sanded, as I had no idea how they would look under the incredibly dark stain that had been on the floors prior to moving in. I was delighted that I decided to get them sanded as these Victorian floor boards came up beautiful thanks to Billy & Cameron. I would definitely recommend Billy & Co. They were both friendly and professional. The work was done within the time frame given, which was 2 days and the free quote given was accurate. I plan on contacting Billy again to sand other rooms in the house.

Ive never had floors sanded before, so I was a bit dubious about which company to call in to do the job. Having googled 'floor sanding' and read various reviews, I went with London and Kent Floor Sanding - and they were absolutely brilliant. They arrived exactly when the said, they were friendly, tidy and professional. The transformation of the floor is incredible and I just cannot stop staring at the beautiful wood grain that is now visible. I cannot recommend Bill & his guys enough. Nothing was too much bother and they explained every step. He knew exactly the type of finish I wanted and got it spot on. Its just so refreshing to find guys who are respectful of your home, who carry out their work with such pride and who are absolutely reliable. I cannot fault them and will definitely be getting my other floors done by them.

The guys did a great job of stripping out our old carpets, sanding down floor boards, repairing where neccessary and varnishing up to an excellent finish. They went the extra yard in the work, were pleasant to have around, and finished bang on schedule. They've almost definitely added to the value of our house, and I would highly recommend.

Billy and Dean just finished sanding three bedrooms and an upstairs hallway for us. A friendly pair of guys, they were reliable, super fast (1.5 days for the whole job!), very clean, and we're happy with the results. Billy was also kind about sharing tips on finishing, as we'll be staining/sealing the boards ourselves. Oh, and a very reasonable price.

Billy & Co sanded all the floors in my house and although my floorboards were not in the best state they look absolutely amazing now. I am so pleased with the results and even got extra advice about the stairs which they sanded too and are my favourite bit of the house. (I would take pictures but 6 months in I am still surrounded by boxes) Highly recommended.

Billy and Frank came to the rescue to restore our original floorboards in our Victorian terrace after nobody got back to us. The results are nothing short of spectacular! It wasn't a straight forward job, it needed lots of repairing and lots of glue was stuck from a laminate before and they sorted it no problem. Billy and frank did an amazing job for us- after a mad call around on a Sunday to try to find someone available the follow day billy came to our rescue :) he was able to fit us in at really short notice and stayed to get the job done in the very tight timeframe we had. He went the extra mile and did a fantastic job. Will definitely get him back in again when we are ready to tackle another room! Highly recommend. Quality finish and takes real pride in his work.
